                                Gezim Myshketa – Gianni Schicchi / Director
                             
                                Young Albanian baritone Gezim Myshketa is one of the most promising artists of his
                                generation. 
                                    He regularly collaborates with prestigious theaters and festivals, such as: Teatro
                                    Comunale in Bologna, Palm Beach Opera, Abao Olbe in Bilbao, Staatstheater Stuttgart,
                                    Hamburgische Staatsoper, Opéra de Montpellier, Filarmonico in Verona, Verdi in Trieste,
                                    Regio in Parma, Withsun Festival in Salzburg and Macerata Opera Festival.  
                                        Among his recent engagements: Rolando in La Battaglia di Legnano at
                                        the Festival Verdi in Parma; Figaro in Il Barbiere di Siviglia in
                                        Treviso and Ferrara; Massenet’s Cléopâtre at the Salzburg Festival; Le
                                            Convenienze e inconvenienze teatrali (Biscroma) and I Pazzi per Progetto (Venanzio)
                                        in Zurich, Paolo Carignani conducting; Alì Pascha von Janina in
                                        Tirana; L’Elisir d’Amore (Belcore) and Maria Stuarda besides
                                        Mariella Devia at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona; Lucia di Lammermoor in
                                        Marseille; Carmen (Escamillo) in Seoul at the Sugi Opera Company;Turandot (Ping)
                                        in Cagliari; Il Viaggio a Reims (Don Alvaro) at the Rossini Festival
                                        in Bad Wildbad, recorded for Naxos.  After his successful debut as Ford in Falstaff at
                                        the Staatstheater Stuttgart, Mr. Myshketa started a prolific collaboration with
                                        this opera house, where recently made his debut as Giorgio Gérmont in La Traviata
                                        and he will sing, as a returning guest, Falstaff, La Bohème, Carmen, Faust and I
                                            Puritani. He has just earned great success as Don Giovanni in a new
                                        production of Graham Vick in Como and on tour in Italy.

                                Sebastiano Rolli - conductor
                             
                                After his studies at the conservatoires in Parma and Milan, Sebastiano Rolli started
                                to collaborate with important orchestras and ensembles, such as: Orchestra Sinfonica
                                Giuseppe Verdi in Parma, Orchestra Stabile dell’Emilia Romagna Arturo Toscanini,
                                Orchestra Sinfonica in Sanremo, Orchestra Gianandrea Gavazzeni in Brescia, Orchestra
                                Gioacchino Rossini in Pesaro. Among his past engagements, it is worth mentioning:
                                Macbeth at the Slovak National Opera in Bratislava; Maria Stuarda at
                                the Teatro Sociale in Rovigo and Bergamo, where he also opened 2013-2014 season
                                conducting Maria di Rudenz and where he returned conducting Torquato
                                    Tasso; Falstaff at the Teatro Verdi in Busseto and Maria
                                        Stuarda at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona. He recently conducted
                                successful concerts with Mariella Devia in Genoa and with Juan Diego Florez in Dublin
                                and I Puritani at the Slovak National Opera in Bratislava.  
                                    Active also on the concert side, Sebastiano Rolli can boast a vast repertoire that
                                    includes works by Bach, Pergolesi, Händel, Vivaldi, Beethoven, Brahms, Wagner, Mozart,
                                    Haydn, Britten, Ravel, Dvorák, Strauss, Sibelius, Ravel, Gershwin, just to name
                                    a few. 
                                        Future plans  include: Anna Bolena
                            in Tenerife and a series of concerts at the International Music Festival in Brno.
